level 3 Diploma in health and social care
This qualification has prepared me to work confidently within caring roles, I have learnt about providing person centred care and understanding health and safety procedures, also supporting individuals with diverse needs. I gained skills such as effective communication, teamwork, problem-solving and safeguarding . A milestone I had reached within this qualification was completing work placement within a health and social care setting which has given me a lot of experience and knowledge within the health care sector
care certificate
when completing this certification I learnt about the core principles of caring such as understanding the importance of dignity as well as respect and safeguarding, I also gained knowledge about moving and handling, infection prevention and control and health and safety procedures. Additionally I have developed skills in supporting service users with their personal care, promoting independence and working ethically and professionally.
